All our farm is thought and run following the idea of permaculture, a long term vision about the management of the natural environments.
Permaculture is an agricultural sustainable system based on the concept of a design that utilizes the patterns of natural ecosystems. Was started by David Holmgren and Bill Mollison in 1978 on the previous path of Masanobu Fukuoka’s natural farming philosophy.
The idea is to create a regenerative and self-maintained habitat and agricultural system. Like the founder said: “Permaculture is a philosophy of working with, rather than against nature.”
