No Knead Bread

If you would like to prepare some bread without making your hands dirty and sticky with the dough, this is the perfect recipe for you. But not only: the same process can be used for all those flours with a low strenght (W) that have difficulties to rise vertically like the ancient varieties of wheat, the whole wheat flours, the flours type “1” or “2”, etc.

Baking is for everyone with this easy technique: in this video Alessandro and Emanuela by Locanda Demetra show how to prepare the bread dough inside a pot that can go into the oven and bake it as our grannies were doing in the past.

This is an useful way for baking because you can prepare the dough in the morning before going to work and then cook inside the oven in the evening.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 persons)
200 gr “00” flour
200 gr semolina flour
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
300 ml water

TOOLS
a large bowl
a pot that can go into the oven + its lid (terracotta would be the best)
baking paper
cling film
a fork
